On March 27, the Chief of Staff of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation met with the delegation of the State Migration Service Representative Office under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation.

On March 19, Akyikatchy (Ombudsman) of the Kyrgyz Republic Kubatbek Otorbaev sent a letter to High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova with a request to take control of the situation related to the violation of the rights of Kyrgyz citizens in the Ryazan Region.
