Commissioner for Human Rights in Saint Petersburg Alexander Shishlov has protected the housing rights of a girl left without parental care. The orphan will move into a new apartment after ownership of the apartment from the specialised housing fund is registered.

Rights of a northern village resident to compensation for expenses incurred while travelling to the place of his holiday have been protected through legal proceedings. The pensioner of the village of Parabel has been reimbursed for travelling costs after interference of Commissioner for Human Rights in Tomsk Region Elena Kartashova.

The card containing the patient’s and pacemaker’s data will allow its holder to pass by metal detector frames.
