Tatiana Moskalkova was elected as High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation
On 22 April, deputies of the State Duma voted for election of Tatiana Moskalkova as High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation. The candidature was proposed by A Just Russia party. As a result of the secret ballot Ms Moskalkova was supported by 323 votes, 11 votes were against the appointment, and one abstained from voting.
About petitions of High Commissioner to Constitutional Court in 2015
