On 25 April, High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova met with staff members of the Office of the High Commissioner. Chairman of the State Duma Sergey Naryshkin and Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of Russia Ella Pamfilova participated in the meeting.
