On 16 June, the first meeting of the Council of Russian Human Rights Commissioners chaired by High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova took place in Moscow.

On 17 June 2016, a meeting of the Coordination Council of Human Rights Commissioners in the Russian Federation will take place in the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation in Moscow on 17 June 2016. It will be chaired by High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova. The subject of the meeting is "Interaction between human rights commissioners and authorities and specialised institutions of state human rights protection".

On 12 June, our country celebrates the holiday of our statehood – the Day of Russia. This day is one of the “youngest” holidays of the country. On 12 June 1990, the first Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian SFSR adopted the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Russia declaring the supremacy of the Russian Constitution and laws.

On 9 June, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova took part in a regular meeting of the Open Forum on the subject of the civil society of modern Russia, which took place in the State Duma.

On 6 June, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova held a working meeting with representatives of human rights organizations. Human rights activists shared with the High Commissioner their views on the current human rights situation in Russia: every participant in the discussion told about problems they have to face in their activities, proposed solutions to some of these problems and requested for the High Commissioner's assistance.

On 1 June, President of the Russian Federation awarded the Order of Parental Glory to parents of large families. Tatiana Moskalkova attended the award ceremony at the Kremlin.

On 1 June, International Day for Protection of Children, High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova visited Pretrial Detention Сentre No. 6 in Pechatniki District, where mothers with little children are held. Chairman of the Commission on Security of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation Anton Tsvetkov, and human rights activists Lyudmila Alpern, Zoya Svetova and Anna Kalitnikova accompanied the High Commissioner.

On 25 May, Tatiana Moskalkova met with Governor of Novosibirsk Region Vladimir Gorodetsky.

On 25 May, High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova participated in the meeting of the Coordination Council of Commissioners for Human Rights in the Siberian Federal District.
