In 2015 the High Commissioner’s Office received over 300 complaints against unlawful actions of bailiffs. They mainly concerned  non-implementation  of full measures after complaints, loss of court orders, lack of information about execution of orders, while debtors frequently complained that they were deprived of the only source of income.
