On August 17, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova held a reception of applicants from the Kabardino-Balkar Republic through videoconference.

Helping people is a top priority for the High Commissioner. Whichever difficulties a person faces, regardless of his/her social status and financial situation, it is our duty to help him/her. Fortunately, in some cases we manage to help whole families.

On August 31, at the 93rd session of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) in Geneva the representative of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Olga Goncharenko informed the audience that the federal ombudsman continually monitors manifestations of racial discrimination in any area of public life.

On 26 July, on site of the Russian Educational Youth Forum "Terra Scientia on Klyazma River" a thorough conversation took place between High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova and young human rights activists.

On July 25, under the chairmanship of the federal ombudsman Tatiana Moskalkova, a meeting of the Coordinating Council of Commissioners for Human Rights in the Russian Federation was held in Vladimir.

Federal ombudsman Tatiana Moskalkova became interested in the legality of the foundation of the enterprise «Biotum». In Vladimir, there took place a meeting of the Coordinating Council of regional Commissioners for Human Rights on environmental issues.

On 25 July, Rossiyskaya Gazeta published a report by the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation on the observance and protection of the rights of citizens in the sphere of housing and communal services.

On 25 July, a meeting of the Coordinating Council of Commissioners for Human Rights took place in Vladimir, in which the federal ombudsman and Commissioners for Human Rights of 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation took part.

Today, equity construction is the most profitable way for citizens to purchase housing on the primary market, but at the same time the most risky one.
