The High Commissioner and the Chairperson of the Commission for Protection Against Discrimination of Bulgaria signed a Memorandum on Cooperation

On September 17, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova and Chairperson of the Commission for Protection Against Discrimination of the Republic of Bulgaria Ana Dzhumalieva signed a Memorandum on Cooperation.

The document is aimed to strengthen cooperation in the field of human rights protection. In particular, it provides that the High Commissioner and the Commission, within their competence, will address and accept the complaints by the citizens of Russian Federation in the territory of Bulgaria and the citizens of Bulgaria in the territory of the Russian Federation respectively.
