Tatiana Moskalkova signed Memorandum on Сooperation with National Human Rights Committee of Qatar

On March 2, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova and Chairman of the National Human Rights Committee of Qatar Ali bin Samih Al-Marri signed a Memorandum on Cooperation.

The agreement aims at fostering a closer relationship between the parties in the areas of promoting a culture of human rights and the protection of human rights. In particular, one of the important areas of collaboration is mutual reporting and assistance in cases of violations of human rights and freedoms of citizens of the Russian Federation in the territory of Qatar and citizens of Qatar in the territory of the Russian Federation, received by either party.
