Staff members of Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights took part in ECRI Seminar in Strasbourg

On 28 – 29 May the staff members of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation took part in the Seminar on “The role of national Specialised Bodies in addressing underreporting of discrimination and hate crime” held in Strasbourg.

The Seminar was organised for national human rights institutions by the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) of the Council of Europe.

The representatives of different human rights institutions, civil society groups, national authorities, the judiciary and police shared best practices for addressing underreporting of discrimination and hate crime.
