Tatiana Moskalkova and Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko discussed the observance of the electoral rights of citizens. The High Commissioner spoke about new forms of participation of Russian ombudsmen in the process of observing the electoral rights of Russian citizens, including those living abroad.
