Your Excellency!

I express my most sincere and deepest condolences in connection with the recent terrible tragedy that claimed the lives of so many people and caused massive destruction in Beirut.

Let me also convey my words of sympathy and support to the families, relatives and friends of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.

I wish you and your compatriots courage and fortitude in this difficult time. I share with you all the bitterness of this irreplaceable loss.
