Dear Mr. Seraj,

I am writing to you to offer my deepest condolences on the death of Iranian people resulting from the act of terrorism in the city of Ahvaz.

It is not only a terrible tragedy for the families of the innocent victims but also for the whole nation of Iran. Here in Russia our hearts are with the people of Iran in this time of bereavement and mourning.

I kindly ask you to convey our sympathy and support to the victims’ families and best wishes for a speedy recovery to the wounded.
