From dangerous buildings to comfortable apartments

On 10 July, two residents of Prokop’evsk Town (Kemerovo Region) were be provided with new comfortable apartments, the Kemerovo Region Administration says in its official reply to High Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova.

Previously, the High Commissioner addressed the Governor of Kemerovo Region to protect the interests of the disabled Ms S. and Mr K., whose right to receive priority apartments of the municipal housing fund had been earlier confirmed in court in 2013 and 2014 correspondingly.
