Protection of honor and dignity of mother with many children
Appeals to the High Commissioner on the live broadcast of the program of the Public Television of Russia have already become a tradition. This time Shakhter in the Rostov region broadcasts.
Mother of a large family, who has two own and five foster children, and a total raised twelve people, asked Tatiana Moskalkova to assist her in protecting her honest name. The character of K. is active: wishing weal for her children and defending her rights, K. constantly "threw" local and regional authorities with letters, complaints, and demands. Nevertheless — the boast of the district. Therefore, an application to the law enforcement agency with the claim that the woman and her husband are not fulfilling their parenting responsibilities of minors has become a surprise to all. Settled: the case was terminated for the lack of corpus delicti.
It turned out that a woman had a competitor — a mother of a large family, who foster children with complex diagnoses. Very quickly she gained fame, even became a Knight of the Order of "Parental Glory".
The real competition began between the adoptive parents. First — the district, and then — and the federal scale. So the letters blaming K. were sent to all instances: "… terrible conditions, slave labor, does not perform guardianship’s duties…".
Several commissions, including with the participation of the region administration representatives, visited K. after the appeal of Tatyana Moskalkova, — violations were not found. The bailiffs unblocked the card, which received funds for the children maintenance.
At this stage, the High Commissioner did everything she could: forwarded requests, asked for help from the regional commissioner for human rights. After repeated inspections it was found out: there wasn’t any violation of the foster parental duties from K.
Unfortunately, only K. can file a complaint concerning the honor and dignity protection. The High Commissioner also helped in this case: she gave legal explanations and expressed readiness to defend the interests of K. further.
It is now up to the applicant: in court proceedings she must prove the facts of slander, which, according to K., spread out in social networks.
Undoubtedly, our task is to protect the rights of those who undertake increased social obligations. It is important that peace and rest reign in foster families, so that parents could devote all their time to children, and were not distracted by constant checks with or without reason.
The situation remains under the control of the High Commissioner.
