It is good when relatives react in time, but there is often no one to protect lonely elderly people, and scammers rub themselves into their trust in order to deceive them later.

The artist asked for help in managing the workshop of a lawyer, who, under the guise of a contract for the provision of legal services, slipped the artist a contract for the sale of the workshop for a song. After a dishonest transaction, the mansion was almost immediately put up for sale, but at its real value.
