Commissioner’s Office confirmed convicted rights’ violations in Kaluga

In June 2014, on the initiative of the human rights commissioner’s office in Russia, the Penal Colony No. 3 of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service Directorate in Kaluga Region was restricted from receiving the convicted.
