On 3 September, commissioners for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Crimea entered into cooperation agreement in Kazan. The agreement was signed within the framework of the introductory visit of the Crimean delegation to Tatarstan headed by regional Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Lubina.

On 2 September, Commissioner for Human Rights in Pskov Region Dmitry Shakhov announced the creation of "The Human Rights Observance" interactive map of Pskov Region.

On 31 August, following an appeal submitted to Commissioner for Human Rights in Penza Region Elena Rogova, Ms Rogova visited Police Department No.1 of the Penza Region Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

On 1 September, Commissioner for Human Rights in Novosibirsk Region Nina Shalabaeva and the regional department of the Russian Jurists Association announced a contest named ‘Human Rights and Human Rights Defenders’ Activity in Novosibirsk Region: Problems and Prospects’. 

Applications of candidatures for the public post can be submitted by  non-profit  or veterans organisations, district municipalities and candidates themselves.

The rights of a foreign citizen and her baby were restored with assistance of Commissioner for Human Rights in Trans-Baikal Territory Nikolay Kargin. A birth certificate was issued, the baby was registered as a Russian citizen, and the guilty were held accountable for a disciplinary offence.

Federal Law No.  21-FZ  as of 8 March 2015 The Code of Administrative Court Procedure of the Russian Federation takes effect on 15 September 2015.
