As a result of efficient cooperation between the Commissioner for Human Rights in Arkhangelsk Territory and the Arkhangelsk Territory Prosecutor for Supervision over the Execution of Laws in Correctional Facilities measures to eliminate violations in Prison Settlement No. 3 have been taken.

The pension rights of citizen B. have been restored only after an appeal of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Buryatia to the Defence Minister of Russia. The documents confirming the length of service and amount of salary have been received and sent to the petitioner.

After an appeal of Commissioner for Human Rights in Altai Territory Boris Larin to the Administration of Barnaul City, the rights of residents of an apartment building have been reinstated. The heating system has been repaired, and the payments for heat energy have been recalculated.
