Working visit of Deputy Head of Chancery of High Commissioner to Vladivostok ends
On 18–19 December, a working visit of Deputy Head of Chancery of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Ivan Soloviev to Primorye Territory takes place. Premises of dilapidated housing fund subject to resettling were inspected during the visit. Pretrial Detention Centre No. 1 of the Primorye Territory Department of the FPS of Russia was visited as well. The Deputy Head of Chancery held a working meeting with Head of the Primorye Territory Department of the FPS of Russia Oleg Simchenkov. The parties discussed the issues of cooperation between the Office of the regional Commissioner for Human Rights and members of the Public Monitoring Commission, and conducted analysis of complaints and results of visits to detention facilities.
