Wheelchair-bound persons to receive opportunity to travel by Circum-Baikal Railway

10 platforms equipped with ramps are to be constructed on the Circum-Baikal Railway in 2018. The railway’s infrastructure is planned to be adapted for persons with mobility impairments. The above was reported by the Deputy Head of the Railway in his letter to Commissioner for Human Rights in Irkutsk Region Valeriy Lukin.
