Volgograd Commissioner takes measures to enforce court decision in residents’ interests
Commissioner for Human Rights in Volgograd Region Valeriy Rostovshchikov received a collective appeal from citizens, living on Beloglinskaya street in Volgograd, complaining of the illegally built hotel in the neighborhood.

As a result of the trial initiated by the Volgograd administration, the hotel was recognized as an unauthorized construction object and was to be dismantled at the expense of the owner. However, the bailiffs stood idle, and the citizens had to apply to the regional commissioner.
It should be noted that the enforcement proceedings were initiated in early August 2015. However, as it follows from the materials of the prosecutor’s office, during 2015–2016 the debtor was never called to the bailiff for admission, the measures to levy the enforcement fee and the appointed penalties in the form of a fine were not taken, the decision to limit the right to travel abroad the Russian Federation wasn’t adjudicated.
Having carefully studied the situation, Valery Rostovshchikov took the situation under personal control and intends in conjunction with law enforcement agencies to take all necessary measures aimed at the court decision implementation.
