Violations of regime of detention in punishment cell in Arkhangelsk Territory prison settlement to be eliminated

As a result of efficient cooperation between the Commissioner for Human Rights in Arkhangelsk Territory and the Arkhangelsk Territory Prosecutor for Supervision over the Execution of Laws in Correctional Facilities measures to eliminate violations in Prison Settlement No. 3 have been taken.

A remedial action order to the Head of Prison Settlement No. 3 to eliminate the violations of the regime of detention in a punishment cell has been issued. The situation is followed up by the Commissioner for Human Rights in Arkhangelsk Territory.
