Ulyanovsk Commissioner Lyudmila Krutilina: The year passed under ‘For High Quality and Affordable Health Care’ slogan

On 12 March, Commissioner for Human Rights in Ulyanovsk Region Lyudmila Krutilina presented an annual report ‘On the Observance of Civil and Human Rights in Ulyanovsk Region and the Activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Ulyanovsk Region in 2014’ to Governor of Ulyanovsk Region Sergey Morozov.

Over the past year, the regional commissioner received 1,303 complaints and met with 343 citizens in person. The majority of complaints concerned the quality of housing and public utility services, housing questions and the guaranteed social security rights.
