On 20 October, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Udmurt Republic Veniamin Solomennikov held open office hours for public in the regional reception room of the President of Russia.
12 residents of Udmurtia addressed the Commissioner during the open office hours.
In general, they applied for assistance in protecting their housing or labour rights. In addition, some complaints concerned measures of social support of pensioners, placement in a kindergarten, and issues of court enforcement proceedings.
The Commissioner will be following up all the requests.
