Russia ranks second in the world in terms of labour migration after the USА. A feature of our country is not only the increasing legal migration, but also the large scale of illegal labour migration. All these issues were the focus of attention of participants of ‘Human Rights’ programme aired on 4 February 2016 on the Public Television of Russia channel (OTR).

Commissioner for Human Rights in Sverdlovsk Region Tatiana Merzlyakova spoke about problems of implementation of the decisions on deportation and expulsion being taken in respect of foreign nationals and stateless persons.
