Right to medical care reinstated in local settlement of Penza Region

With assistance of Commissioner for Human Rights in Penza Region Elena Rogova, a medical centre was opened in a local settlement of Zheleznodorozhny District.

Following joint actions of the Commissioner and competent authorities of the region, the right of the settlement’s residents to medical care was reinstated. The complaint had been monitored by the Commissioner since 2012.
