Representative of Commissioner in Sverdlovsk Region inspected readiness of regional penitentiary facilities to conduct elections on 18 September

On 15 September, a representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Sverdlovsk Region inspected readiness of Pretrial Detention Centre No. 1 and Correctional Facility No. 2 to conduct the elections on 18 elections.
Within the framework of the detainees’ voting rights monitoring, a staffer of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Sverdlovsk Region will visit Pretrial Detention Centre No. 6 and Correctional Education Facility No. 2 of Kirovograd on 18 September.
