Protection of children rights discussed in Chechen Republic

On June 29, a round table devoted to the protection of children’s rights was held by participants from public and human rights organizations in the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Chechen Republic.
Participants proposed to introduce the promotion of healthy family relationships and behavior of teenagers in social networks. According to the specialists, webinars and lectures of experts, as well as explanations of legislation from different bodies can help.
Speakers welcomed the work carried out on the territory of the Chechen Republic for the reunion of families, noting the important role of preserving the institution of the family. According to the speakers, today it is necessary to conduct the control and monitoring of the state of relations between the newly united couples. Particular attention should be given to the future fate of children in such families.
