On 19 August, within the framework of an action called The Social Train, Commissioner for Human Rights in Penza Region Elena Rogova jointly with officials of the region’s ministers and government held open office hours for residents of Zemetchino and Krasnaya Dubrava settlements in Zemetchinsky District.

She received 10 people whose complaints concerned violation of their labour rights, social support for families with many children, and removal of administrative supervision.
