New Human Rights Commissioner Alexander Belugin appointed in Nenets Autonomous Area

On 5 March, in the course of the 9th session of the Nenets Autonomous Area’s Council of Deputies Alexander Belugin was appointed Commissioner for Human Rights in the area. He received 13 out of 18 deputies’ votes.

At the session the new commissioner took an oath after which he resigned as a deputy of the local parliament.
