Among those having appealed to the Commissioner were both individuals and representatives of groups. Communication with officials at all levels, as well as procrastination in routine issues’ tackling were the subjects of their particular concern. In addition, some housing legislation problems in the part of joint maintenance of apartment buildings were raised during the meeting.
