Krasnoyarsk Commissioner made utility company paint over Nazi graffiti

Commissioner for Human Rights in Krasnoyarsk Region Mark Denisov initiated elimination of abusive symbols on one of the buildings. Following the Prosecutor’s inspection requested by the Commissioner, the director of the local utility company was warned against violation of the
Nazi symbols and inscriptions insulting veterans of the Great Patriotic war (1941–1945) appeared on one of the buildings in Krasnoyarsk in May. The utility company was not responding to the complaints from the residents, so they finally petitioned the Commissioner.
