Kostroma Commissioner visited correctional facility in Ostrovskoe Village

Commissioner for Human Rights in Kostroma Region Vadim Smirnov visited the Correctional Facility No. 4, which today contains over 350 prisoners.
The key issue discussed during the visit was the provision of a differentiated support to the disabled prisoners and preparation of them for release.
