Commissioner for Human Rights in the Komi Republic Nadezhda Bykovskaya held a personal reception of citizens together with Chief Bailiff of the region AndreyTorkhov.

During the personal reception, questions on the procedure for presenting executive documents, executing court decisions related to property that is located in another city or region of the Russian Federation were received. Applicants were also interested about the issue of collecting communal payments.

«I consider holding such joint receptions is relevant and necessary. First and foremost, this is an opportunity to constructively help citizens and exchange positive experience, because, having different competencies, the Commissioner and the Bailiff Service use their methods and approaches to solve problems of citizens," said Nadezhda Bykovskaya siad.
