Human Rights Observance Report 2016 was presented in Tula Region
On April 27, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Tula Region Galina Fomina provided regional parliamentarians with a report on the observance of human rights and freedoms in 2016 and commented a number of topical human rights issues.
In the course of the event, Galina Fomina said that compared to 2015 the number of appeals to the Office of the High Commissioner increased by 35 percent in 2016.
