Commissioner for Human Rights in Kaluga Region Yuri Zelnikov signed a cooperation and interaction agreement with Chairman of the Election Commission of Kaluga Region.

The Election Commission and the Human Rights Commissioner had been previously cooperating to protect the constitutional rights to elect and be elected and prevent violations in the field. Having signed the agreement, both institutions have moved this cooperation onto a new level to make it more efficient.
