High Commissioner congratulated Andrey Spitsyn on the reappointment on the post of Astrakhan ombudsman

On April 2, by decision of the Duma of the Astrakhan Region, Andrey Spitsyn was appointed to the post of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Astrakhan Region for a new term.

High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova congratulated the regional ombudsman.

"I offer my warmest congratulations to my colleague, I am glad that the experienced ombudsman will remain in our close-knit team and continue to protect human rights and freedoms in the region," Tatiana Moskalkova commented.
