On 24 March, Commissioner for Human Rights in Khabarovsk Territory Igor Chesnitsky gave an open lecture to students of the Far Eastern Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Igor Chesnitsky told about history of the Commissioner’s institution, announced main tasks and functions of the ombudsman and summed up human rights activities over the past 10 years in Khabarovsk Territory.

In conclusion, the Commissioner shared examples of human rights practice with future specialists and answered questions.
