On 24 December, the final meeting of the Expert Council on Guarantees of State Protection of Civil and Human Rights and Freedoms under the Commissioner for Human Rights in Arkhangelsk Region Lyubov Anisimova was held. The participants in the meeting summed up their work in 2015.

The meeting started with a solemn presentation of a letter of gratitude from the Russian Commissioner for Children’s Rights to Lyubov Anisimova.

The top item on the agenda of the meeting was a draft Statute of the Regional Commissioner’s Civil Society Assistants.
