Educational module on institution of Commissioner for Human Rights in Saint Petersburg to be launched at Herzen University

On 1 February, it was reported that the module "Activity of the Institution of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Saint Petersburg" has been included in the curriculum of the master degree programme of the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
