Disabled child provided with assistance in Novosibirsk Region

With assistance of Commissioner for Human Rights in Novosibirsk Region Nina Shalabaeva a disabled child has been provided with financial aid. As a result the child with impairments will be able to continue to attend the Horse Sport Club for Disabled Persons.
