Coordination Council of Commissioners for Human Rights in the Ural Federal District
On 11–12 of May, there was a meeting of the first Coordination Council of Commissioners for Human Rights and Children’s Commissioners in the Ural Federal District on the topic of "Results of modernization in the public health service: to protect an individual".
The participants of the event shared experience of the modernization of the health care system and of the implementation of new technologies in medical treatment. Besides, they told about modern requirements and standards of specialists training.
Commissioners for Human Rights from different regions of the Ural Federal District put many questions to spokesmen, outlined the high level of development of the public health service in the region as well as its smart and consistent policy in that sphere.
According to Commissioner for Human Rights in the Tyumen Region Sergey Minevtsev, thanks to the complex approach to the reformation of that field, many negative factors, such as social strain and reduction of medical personnel were escaped.
