Commissioner in Moscow Region helped resident of Reutov in difficult financial situation

Commissioner for Human Rights in the Moscow Region Ekaterina Semenova was addressed by a
T. wanted to go to court to declare herself bankrupt, but everything stopped at the application stage, since the woman did not have the funds that had to be deposited to the court — this is mandatory for the individual’s bankruptcy proceedings.
The Commissioner appealed to the local administration, where they found a way to provide the applicant with material assistance. As a result, the bankruptcy procedure was launched, and in November T’s debts were written off.
The woman thanked Ekaterina Semenova for participating in the fate of her family. According to the applicant, several months ago she was in despair and literally did not know who to go for help. Now she is gradually improving her life — she works
