Commissioner for Human Rights in Omsk Region held open office hours for Tara residents
On 12 February, Commissioner for Human Rights in Omsk Region Viktor Lokhichev held open office hours for the inhabitants of Tara, the most northern city of Omsk Region.
During the open office hours about 20 people addressed the Commissioner. The complaints of the locals concerned mostly the exorbitant heating rates, provision of medicines to the citizens entitled to benefits, lack of an integrated structure for rehabilitation of children with disabilities in the area, and provision of substandard medical care.

Together with the Commissioner and some experts of his Office, the open office hours were held also by the Deputy Head of the district Administration and the Head of the Commissioner’s Public Reception Office in the Tarsky District.
Within the framework of his visit, Viktor Lokhichev also held a meeting with Head of the Tarsky Municipal District Evgeny Lysakov. During this working meeting they discussed pressing issues of human rights.
