Bryansk Commissioner presented Convict's Reference Book”

On 21 May, the first edition of The Convict's Reference Book was presented to the inmates at the ceremony held at Penal Colony No. 1 in Bryansk.

The publication was prepared jointly by Sergey Simonenko, the regional Commissioner for Human Rights, and the Public Monitoring Committee of Bryansk Region.
