Arkhangelsk Commissioner Lyubov Anisimova: Rights should be backed by opportunities

On 5 March, Commissioner for Human Rights in Arkhangelsk Region Luybov Anisimova presented a special report on accessible environment formation in the region. The presentation took place at the enlarged session of the Healthcare and Social Policy Committee of the Arkhangelsk Regional Council of Deputies. The human rights commissioner gave survey data and reminded that the majority of services were not accessible to people with disabilities, while investing big money would not be the only way essential to change the situation.
