On November 3, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Vologda Region Oleg Dimoni signed an agreement on cooperation with the regional prosecutor Alexander Grinev.

The parties agreed on interaction on the protection of constitutional human rights and freedoms, the identification, elimination and prevention of their violations, the use of information, legal, scientific and organizational resources for this purpose, and the improvement of the forms of human rights education of citizens in order to form a legal culture and respect for the law.
