On January 25, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova took part in the VI Annual Christmas parliamentary meetings within the framework of the XXVI International Christmas Educational Readings on the subject of «Moral values and Future of Humanity».
"Christmas parliamentary meetings represent that the dialogue, collaboration of Russian government institutions with the Russian Orthodox Church are an integral part of the development of our civil society, the country as a whole," Chairperson of the Council of the Federation Valentina Matvienko said, opening the plenary session.
