Tatiana Moskalkova visited the All-Russian Ecological Forum — 2017

On August 25, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova visited the All-Russian Environmental Forum — 2017, at the invitation of the Governor of the Vladimir Region Svetlana Orlova.

Within the framework of the event, Tatiana Moskalkova inspected the existing sites and areas for the implementation of future projects of the Ecological Complex "Patriarchiy Garden". After an extensive reconstruction in a short time, the eco-complex has significantly changed: a modern conference hall has been built, tracks have been updated, an artificial pond and a cascade of fountains have appeared. Thanks to unique landscape and microclimate, it was possible to create a rich collection of plants, an eco-museum in the open air in an area of four hectares.

The High Commissioner emphasized the availability of the complex for people with disabilities: thanks to special lifts, they can overcome the descents and climbs of the garden without exterior help.

In addition, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova together with Governor of the Vladimir Region Svetlana Orlova and Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Sergeн Donskoy took part in the "Clean Shores" action, which was already supported by almost one million residents of the country.

During the visit to the "Terra Scientia on Klyazma River", the High Commissioner examined the exhibition "Environmental Responsibility of Enterprises of the Vladimir Region", where she got acquainted with the region’s production achievements.
